   Waivers must be filled out and received by the Friday before the scheduled collection date for pickup. Piles should meet the requirements and be ready for pickup by 8 AM on collection day. Any piles that do not meet requirements will be rejected.

4. Curbside Collection Guidelines
   • The pickup is restricted to only buckthorn .
   • Piles should be no larger than 3.5 feet high, 3.5 feet wide, and up to 20 feet in length
   • Piles need to be stacked with the cut ends aligned and to the curb.
   • Piles must be accessible by a log loader truck and must be off of paved driveways.
   • Any trees with roots/root balls will not be accepted.
   • City Forester has the right to inspect and reject piles that don’t comply with the guidelines.

13. Statement of Acknowledgement*

    I have read the guidelines for the Oakdale Curbside Buckthorn Collection Program which are a requirement to receive a free collection service from the City. I have followed the guidelines provided for the curbside collection to insure the buckthorn is accessible by a log loader truck and I understand that the city is not responsible for repairing damages done to turf in the process of loading the piles.
