City Council Vacancy

The Oakdale City Council has a vacancy for one of its Council seats. Residents may apply for appointment to the open seat. The current term for the vacant position expires on January 6, 2025. The individual appointed to fill the vacancy will take office immediately upon approval by the City Council and serve the remainder of the current term. 

To be considered, an applicant must be an Oakdale resident. Council Members earn $7,020 annually, which is paid monthly. Candidates must submit a completed application and supplemental questionnaire for consideration. The deadline for receipt of applications is 4 PM on February 7, 2023.
