PRIMARY ELECTION: August 11

Need to Register to Vote?   Preregister by July 21 at www.mnvotes.org, as part of the early/absentee voting process, or at your polling place on August 11.

Want to Vote Early in Person?  Early/Absentee voting at Oakdale City Hall, 1584 Hadley Avenue for the August 11 Primary Election begins August 4 and ends August 10.

Filing for Candidacy:  July 28 to August 11

On Election Day, polls are open from 7 AM to 8 PM.

GENERAL ELECTION:  November 3

Want to Vote Early or by Mail?  Early/Absentee Voting for the November 3 General Election begins September 18 and ends November 2.

On Election Day, polls are open from 7 AM to 8 PM.

Registering to Vote

You need to register to vote if your name or address has changed on the voter registry, you have not voted in the past four years, or this is your first time voting. You can register before election day or at your polling place by providing the required proof of residency.

Absentee / Early Voting

Persons wishing to vote by absentee may do so by mail or in person. Application forms for ballots are available at the MNVotes website or by calling Washington County at 651-430-6175.
