Online City Code

The Oakdale City Code includes all ordinances adopted by the Oakdale City Council. In order to provide convenient access to the Code, that can be searched, shared, printed, emailed, and downloaded, Oakdale publishes the Code online. 

The Code is in a continuing state of change because new ordinances are being adopted and existing ordinances are being amended frequently throughout the year. Therefore, the most current and complete Code cannot be published online. The only official edition of the Code is the printed version maintained by the Office of the City Clerk. Proposed and Recently Adopted ordinances, that may not be included in the online version, can be found at the above link.

Proposed and Adopted Ordinances

State law requires that at least 10 days prior to a scheduled City Council final vote on a proposed ordinance or proposed amendment to an ordinance, it must publish said ordinance or amendment on the city website.
