2. Each year, Oakdale's program recognizes properties that go "above and beyond", particularly in the area of landscaping efforts. Nominate as many properties as you want - even your own - by June 30. Properties being nominated must be visible from a public street. Properties in the Residential Category that have previously won an Acorn Award cannot be considered again for at least five years; also preference may be given to properties that have not previously won.

   Awards are provided in three categories: residential (single or multi-family), commercial (business), and public (parks, schools, churches, government, and other public spaces). Please indicate which category you are nominating.
