ViniyogaViniYoga is a therapeutic style of yoga which adapts to the needs of each student. Classes are held in a serene setting overlooking the beautiful nature preserve and include a blend of gentle yoga postures, breathing, and simple meditations to help the body build strength and flexibility while remaining steady and comfortable. Beginners are welcome as are those who have practiced yoga before and all students are encouraged to move at their own pace. Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat.
