Oakdale’s very “cool” and popular water slide is back! Grab a blanket, pack a picnic lunch and spend the afternoon cooling off at our water slide at Tower Park, located at 8th Street and Guthrie Avenue. Children must be accompanied by an adult. Therapeutic Yoga Flow is a gentle form of yoga. Focusing on fluid movement patterns, strength, and balance while rhythmically linking our breath with each posture, pausing at times to reconnect and center. Beginners are welcome, as are those who have practiced yoga before. All students are encouraged to move at their own comfortable pace.
