Project Areas

The project is broken up into different areas for coordination and scheduling. The current areas are as follows:

• Area 1: 15th Street N from Helmo Avenue N to the east City limits
• Area 2: Helmo Avenue N from Hydram Avenue N to Stillwater Boulevard

Weekly Update

- Concrete will be poured starting on Saturday, August 12 and continue into next week on Helmo Avenue and 15th Street. This will be for miscellaneous curb repairs, driveways and pedestrian ramps. 
- Areas of 15th Street with new curb will be patched on Tuesday, August 15. 
- Restoration of both Helmo Avenue and 15th Street will be completed on August 15 and 16. The Contractor will fill excavated areas behind the new curb with topsoil. 
- Manholes and valves will be adjusted to final proposed grade on Helmo Avenue and 15th Street on Wednesday, August 16. 
- Milling of Helmo Avenue and 15th Street is tentatively planned for the week of August 21.
