Project Kickoff Meeting

Planning is underway for the new Public Works facility set to break ground in early 2024. Last week, the project team gathered for its kickoff meeting which included City staff and members of the architect firm (Hagen, Christensen & McIlwain Architects) and the construction management firm (Kraus-Anderson).

Project Webpage

A webpage has been created that includes information regarding the City of Oakdale new Public Works facility project. It outlines the process to-date as well as future steps and construction timeline. The new Public Works facility will be located on a 9.2-acre parcel of land located on the southwest corner of 32nd Street N and Granada Avenue N. Construction is expected to begin after frost out of 2024, and project completion is anticipated Spring/Summer 2025.
