UPCOMING EVENTS

COVID-19 Cancellations and Closures through April 30, 2020

In a continued effort to protect the health and safety of City staff and members of our community, all City events, recreation programs, and facility rentals have been canceled through April 30, 2020. Full refunds will be issued for programs and facility rentals that have been canceled by Oakdale Recreation. The Discovery Center and shelter facilities are closed to the public during this time.
 
We thank you for your support and hope to see you at future Oakdale Recreation programs upon a safer climate when programming resumes.

Oakdale Recreation currently plans to resume programming beginning in May. Some programs have been modified due to the April closure. Changes and [modifications] are noted in the event listings below:

2020 Oakdale Nature Preserve Community Walk

Must be Oakdale Resident | Beginning April 1 [May 1], through October 31 | Oakdale Nature Preserve

Walk your way to less stress, lower weight, better health, and great rewards! It’s easy! Oakdale residents of all ages can participate. Walk the 220 acre preserve as much as possible, with the ultimate goal of reaching a total of 200 miles to earn a $40 gift card from Target, Hy-Vee, Kwik Trip or Fleet Farm. Sign up with your ID (to verify your Oakdale residency) at the Oakdale Discovery Center before your first walk.
