Oakdale Mayor Kevin Zabel delivered the “2023 Oakdale State of the City” address on September 7. In the address, Mayor Zabel highlights some of the changes taking place in Oakdale, some of the challenges the City faces and how we plan to address them. He covers a variety of topics including public safety, residential and business development, communications, environment, recreation and parks.
