Solid Waste Hauler

The City issues licenses to businesses wanting to conduct solid waste hauler services in Oakdale, including recycling and roll-off services.

Application Requirements

The licensing process for Trash Haulers licenses may take up to 30 days or more depending on the discretion of City Council. City Council may require additional information, or studies conducted, before rendering a determination on the application.

Licensing Process

After a completed license application is received by City staff,  the application will be reviewed and a report submitted to the City Council. 

License Term

The license term is January 1 through December 31. Licensed businesses must re-apply annually.
