Mobile Food Vendor License

The City licenses those wanting to sell food from a mobile food vehicle in Oakdale. To request a license, please submit:

  • Mobile Food Vendor License Application (PDF) 
  • Food license issued by the state or county.
  • Payment - Cash, check, Visa, Discover, and Master Card accepted. To make credit card payment, please call 651-730-2739: 
     
    Temporary License (per day, per vehicle)$100.00
    Annual  License (per vehicle) $300.00
         

Licensing Process

Mobile Food Vendor applicants will undergo a two week long background investigation before City staff approval.

Licensing Term and Renewal

A Temporary Mobile Food license is valid for the day that it is issued for. An Annual Mobile Food license is valid from September through August. Current annual licensees must re-apply by August 1, of each year if they wish to renew their license for the following license term.
